Tracy has focused the last 10 years of her career supporting the Strengths Revolution. She was a collaborator on Marcus Buckingham's last two books, and continues to support the work of The Marcus Buckingham Company as VP of Coaching. Formerly she was VP of Employee Experience for Placemaking, the real estate development arm of Intrawest and recently headed leadership development at lululemon athletica, where she brought a strengths-based perspective to people development. Tracy holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership, is a certified Executive Coach and has completed her 200hr YTT.
