Joel's yoga practice began 17 years ago after a rugby injury pulled him off the field. He was overjoyed to discover that a yoga practice could create strength, flexibility and cool his athletic mind. Developing strength and stamina are paramount in Joel's classes. Many innovative body movement techniques are incorporated into his vigorous and and intentional classes. His lighthearted approach to yoga asana will leave you feeling strong and satisfied. Joel teaches at Moksha Yoga Victoria and runs international yoga retreats.
