Yoga Barre is a sweetly flowing and energetically sizzling fusion class. By combining the grace and ease of a dancer with the grit and sweat of an athletic workout, everybody can enjoy a functional, non-impact, expressive workout. In this beautiful, sweaty mess expect to strengthen, condition and stretch. This fusion of Yoga and Barre brings soulful music, fiery pulsing, sweeping arm lines, and deep stretches to create the signature Barre burn, interspersed with deep Yoga releases. You will leave class with irrefutably more swagger, taller posture, increased pep and a little more bliss.
