Uddiyana Bandha means to take flight or lift up. This bandha takes shape and changes in nature throughout any given asana or pranayama practice. If you a) have no idea what uddiyana means and how it works in your body b) you know what it means but want to experience a good cleansing practice or c) you want to apply it in depth/ learn how teach it to your students - then this is for you! Practice will include deep core work, breath and application of the bandha for inversions
