Researchers on the topic of mindfulness have been studying how simple ball rolling - and the deep massaging and hydrating effect it has on a muscle tissue - helps light up the same neuro pathways associated with mindfulness. De-stress, take a break from asana and drop into a deeply relaxing 90 minutes of my three favourites: centring breath work, guided meditation and simple ball rolling! Does a body good.
