Emotional Archaeology

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Be the author of your own life by letting go, unravelling and releasing what is no longer
needed. Through asana, pranayama, and meditation we will open the gateway of
discovering who you really are, and what you are capable of being. Samskaras,

future growth.

Come prepared to sweat, all levels welcome.
