You float, breathe, stretch, relax, breathe, and breathe again. On the water. You are on top of the water, and yet completely part of it. It's magical.

Join Jen Craig-Evans for a Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga experience. You will explore basic yoga postures and breathing techniques on a floating yoga mat. You will have the opportunity to deepen your practice, challenge yourself, and possibly get wet! Prepare to have a lot of fun as you explore your personal edge and a new kind of balance.

No previous experience is necessary. All levels are welcome.
