The Art of Rest ~ Restorative Yoga & Reiki

We live in a very busy world, always on the go and plugged in. It’s no wonder that chronic stress, anxiety and depression are on the rise. We practice yoga, we sleep, we take vacation, yet we still feel stressed and depleted. We need practices to reset our nervous system. Restorative yoga and reiki can be used in conjunction with your current yoga routine to balance our body, mind and spirit. This workshop will give you tools and practices that leave you feeling nourished and replenished. Lecture & Practice.
*There are minimal props available at the conference (blocks and straps) Please bring your own props. An extra mat, a minimum of 2 blankets (towels work too), bolsters (pillows work too), blocks, & eye pillows for your warmth and comfort. *
