Yin yoga, yoga nidra, and bodywork - An practice dedicated to a unique combination of healing modalities for body and mind. Katie will guide you through a heart opening yin sequence ending with yoga nidra (yogic sleep). Throughout the practice there will be multiple assistants including Kailie Woods and Brandon Sherbrook focusing fully on healing touch through massage / thai massage / acupressure techniques offering you a truly nourishing experience. Expect to leave feeling revitalized and restored.
