Managing stress has become a necessary part of life, yet not everyone has tools to do so effectively. What if the antidote for feeling frazzled was lying down for a yogic nap? Yoga Nidra is no ordinary nap, it encourages tension to release not only on the physical level, but the mental and emotional levels too. In this workshop you’ll be introduced to the 8 stages of Yoga Nidra, their significance to relaxation, and why this systematic meditation is so effective. You’ll be grounded by a practice of mantra, pranayama, gentle movement and Yoga Nidra. Bring a blanket and enjoy your Yogic rest.
