Functional Anatomy for Yoga

Renewing or learning the basics of anatomy provides the framework for all human movement. By understanding the unique architecture and variety of movement patterns available to the our bodies, yoga enthusiast's and teachers will be able to enhance their practice and learn how to move in a matter that is best for their natural structure. In an interactive session, we will draw the superficial muscles on one another, gathering a greater appreciation for our individual physique, as well as delve in to basic movement patterns , determining what ques work best to aid the movement prescribed.

Her teaching method attempts to cater to all learning styles, including lecture, visual displays, interactive anatomy and movements as well as team based learning.
