In this intermediate practice discover the very center of your physical being and learn how to move from there. While arm balancing, begin to lift one finger, one hand and then your whole arm! We will practice many one legged and one armed postures not often taught in a studio class setting. In this class we will investigate wrist health, the power of pranayama and obviously a pile of arm balances.
One hand, one foot, one arm, one leg, one breath, one life, one love.
